Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ethereal Skin Studio Miami (“Ethereal”) collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

It covers this website only. Information you share during appointments and on consultation forms is kept with your client records and is not used for marketing.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, you may provide:

  • Your name, email address and telephone number.
  • Whether you are a new or returning client.
  • Your age range.
  • Your main skin concern and any message you write.
  • An appointment date, if your message is about an existing appointment.

You may also share information when you email, call, text or message Ethereal on Instagram.

Please don’t include detailed medical history in the contact form. Health information that affects your treatment is collected at your appointment, on your consultation forms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some information automatically when you visit:

  • Analytics. Ethereal uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on the site, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
  • Form security. When you send the contact form, your IP address and browser details may be recorded with your message to help prevent spam and abuse. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks information about your browser and device to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message.
  • Embedded content. Some pages include a Google map, Google reviews and a Vimeo video. These services may set their own cookies and collect information when the page loads.

How your information is used

Ethereal uses your information to:

  • Reply to your message and help you choose the right appointment.
  • Manage and prepare for your appointments.
  • Understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • Keep the site and contact form secure and free of spam.
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Ethereal does not sell your personal information, does not share it for advertising, and does not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be added.

Services that handle your information

Ethereal works with a small number of service providers to run this site and the practice. Each has its own privacy policy:

Ethereal may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of clients or others, or as part of the sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some embedded content may not load.

You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

How long information is kept

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and manage your appointments, and then deleted. Some records may be kept longer when the law requires it.

How your information is protected

Ethereal takes reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting who can access it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send card numbers or passwords through the contact form or email.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and Ethereal does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Clients under 18 are booked by a parent or legal guardian, who should contact Ethereal on their behalf. If you believe a child under 13 has sent information through this site, contact Ethereal and it will be deleted.

Your requests

You can ask Ethereal to tell you what information it holds about you, correct it, or delete it. Send your request to the email address below. Ethereal may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the change is significant, a notice will also appear on this page.
